Turn on the PS5
Go to the home screen
Press the eject button on the console
If your PS5 has a disc drive, the disc will come out automatically
If the eject button does not work, highlight the game on the home screen
Press the Options button on the controller
Select Eject Disc
If the disc is stuck, turn off the PS5 completely
Unplug the power cord for a few minutes
Try the eject button again
If it still will not eject, use the manual eject screw in the console
Check the PS5 user manual for the manual eject location
Contact PlayStation Support if the disc remains stuck
