Press and hold the Power button until the power menu appears
Tap Power off
Wait for the phone to turn off completely
Press and hold the Power button again until the Samsung logo appears
Release the button when the logo appears
If the phone is frozen, press and hold Power and Volume Down together for about 10 to 15 seconds
