Check your router’s admin page for DHCP reservation or address reservation
Find your Xbox’s MAC address in Network settings
Log in to your router using its IP address in a browser
Open the LAN, DHCP, or Address Reservation section
Add your Xbox’s MAC address to a reserved IP entry
Choose an IP address outside the DHCP pool if manual setup is needed
Save the router settings
Restart the router and Xbox
On Xbox, go to Settings
Select General
Select Network settings
Select Advanced settings
Select IP settings
Choose Manual
Enter the static IP address
Enter the subnet mask
Enter the gateway
Enter the DNS settings
Save the settings
Test the network connection on Xbox
