Turn on your Xbox
Press the Xbox button to open the guide
Go to Profile & system
Select Settings
Select Devices & connections
Select Blu-ray
Select Persistent storage
Select Clear persistent storage
Restart the console
Power cycle the Xbox
Turn off the console
Unplug the power cord from the console
Wait at least 30 seconds
Plug the power cord back in
Turn the console back on
Clear local saved data
Go to Settings
Select System
Select Storage
Select Clear local saved games
Confirm the action
Clear alternate MAC address
Go to Settings
Select General
Select Network settings
Select Advanced settings
Select Alternate MAC address
Select Clear
Restart the console
