Open the Interaction Menu
Go to Style
Select Appearance
Choose Face Paint
Pick a freckle-style face paint if available
Apply and save the look
If no freckles are available, use a mod or character editor on PC
On console, use a freckle face paint option from the barber or clothing store if present
