Open Facebook and go to the group
Tap or click the group name
Select Joined or Membership options
Choose Leave Group
Confirm by tapping or clicking Leave Group
If using the Facebook app, open the group, tap the menu, then tap Leave Group
If using a browser, open the group, click Joined, then click Leave Group
If you are an admin, remove yourself only after transferring admin duties if needed
