Restart or power on the computer
Immediately press the BIOS setup key repeatedly during startup

HP: Esc (then F10) or F10
Lenovo: F1 or F2 (or Enter then F1)
ASUS: F2 or Del
Acer: F2 or Del
MSI: Del
Gigabyte: Del
Toshiba: F2
Samsung: F2 or Esc
Microsoft Surface: Press and hold Vol Up, then press and release Power; release when the Surface logo appears; then select UEFI
Wait for the BIOS/UEFI screen to load
Navigate using the keyboard to make changes (if needed)
Save and exit (commonly F10, then confirm) or exit without saving (commonly Esc, then confirm)
