Apply wood glue to the joints
Clamp the frame together
Let the glue dry
Reinforce the corners with nails, staples, or corner brackets
Sand the frame smooth
Paint, stain, or finish the frame
Cut a backing board to fit
Add glass or acrylic if needed
Place the picture inside the frame
Secure the backing with clips, tape, or fasteners
Attach hanging hardware
Clean the front surface
Hang or display the finished frame
