How To Make Pork Ribs?

Preheat the oven to 300°F to 325°F

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs

Pat the ribs dry with paper towels

Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika

Optional: add brown sugar, chili powder, or cayenne for extra flavor

Wrap the ribs tightly in foil

Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet

Bake for 2.5 to 3.5 hours until tender

Unwrap the ribs carefully

Brush with barbecue sauce if desired

Increase oven temperature to 425°F or use a broiler

Bake or broil for 5 to 10 minutes until the sauce caramelizes

Rest the ribs for 10 minutes

Slice between the bones and serve
