Put both AirPods in the charging case
Close the lid
Wait 30 seconds
Open the lid
On your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, go to Bluetooth settings
Find your AirPods Pro in the device list
Tap or click Forget This Device
Confirm the removal
Keep the AirPods Pro in the case with the lid open
Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds
Release when the status light flashes amber, then white
Close the lid
Reconnect the AirPods Pro by opening the case near your device and following the on-screen steps
