Open Gmail
Click the search options icon in the search bar
Enter the criteria for the emails you want to filter
Click Create filter
Choose what you want Gmail to do with matching emails
Select the action you want, such as Skip the Inbox, Mark as read, Delete it, or Apply the label
Check Also apply filter to matching conversations if needed
Click Create filter
To edit or remove a rule, open Gmail settings
Go to See all settings
Open the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab
Find the filter you want to change or delete
Click Edit or Delete
Save your changes
