Open CapCut and import your video or image
Select the clip on the timeline
Tap or click Remove Background
Choose Auto Removal or Chroma Key if available
If using Chroma Key, select the background color
Adjust intensity, shadow, and edge settings as needed
Use masking tools to manually refine the cutout
Erase unwanted background areas frame by frame if necessary
Preview the result
Export the edited video or image
