Press Ctrl + ` (grave accent)
Go to the Formulas tab
Click Show Formulas
Use File > Options > Advanced
Under Display options for this worksheet, check Show formulas in cells instead of their calculated results
Press Ctrl + Shift + ` if your keyboard layout requires it
