Click the chart in Excel
Go to the Chart Design tab
Click Select Data
In the Select Data Source window, click Switch Row/Column
Click OK
If needed, right-click the chart and choose Select Data to make the same change
For a scatter chart, edit the X and Y values directly in the series settings
