Wrap and cushion the item securely
Seal the package with strong packing tape
Secure any loose items inside the box
Print or write the shipping label
Include the recipient’s name, address, and ZIP/postal code
Include the return address
If required, add required customs forms or documentation
Place the label on the largest flat surface of the package
Make sure the label barcode is not wrinkled, covered, or damaged
Drop off the package at the carrier’s location or schedule a pickup
Save the tracking number and any receipt or proof of shipment
Track the shipment until delivery
