To cut text on Facebook, select the text you want to remove, then press Ctrl+X on Windows or Command+X on Mac
To copy text on Facebook, select the text you want to duplicate, then press Ctrl+C on Windows or Command+C on Mac
To paste text on Facebook, place the cursor where you want it, then press Ctrl+V on Windows or Command+V on Mac
On mobile, tap and hold the text, then choose Cut, Copy, or Paste from the menu
If you are copying a post, comment, or message, tap and hold the text, select Copy, then paste it where needed
If cut is not available, use Copy and then delete the original text manually
On some Facebook fields, right-click and choose Cut, Copy, or Paste on a computer
If keyboard shortcuts do not work, make sure the text is highlighted first
