Open the Facebook app or website
Tap or click your profile picture or account menu
Select the account you want to switch to
If the account is not listed, choose Add account or Log into another account
Enter the email or phone number and password for the other account
Tap or click Log In
Repeat the same steps to switch between saved accounts
