Go to the email or message you received
Find “Unsubscribe” in the header, footer, or message options
Click “Unsubscribe”
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm
If prompted, select the type of emails you want to stop
Check your spam or promotions tab for additional unsubscribe options
If there’s no unsubscribe link, reply to the email and request removal from the mailing list
If you used a website form, log in to your account and update notification preferences
If you still receive emails after unsubscribing, report it as spam to your email provider
