Set the destination to the DCS server IP or subnet
Allow only the required DCS ports and protocols
Restrict the rule to the minimum necessary services
Place the rule in the correct order above any blocking rules
Enable logging for the rule if needed
Save and apply the firewall configuration
Test connectivity to confirm the DCS traffic is permitted
Review firewall logs for any blocked DCS traffic
Adjust the rule if additional ports or hosts are required
