Turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on both Mac and iPhone
Make sure both devices are signed in with Apple ID
On Mac, open Finder and click AirDrop in the sidebar
Set AirDrop visibility to Contacts Only or Everyone
On iPhone, open Control Center
Press and hold the network settings card
Tap AirDrop and choose Contacts Only or Everyone
On Mac, find the file you want to send
Right-click the file and choose Share
Click AirDrop
Select your iPhone from the AirDrop list
On iPhone, tap Accept when the transfer prompt appears
Wait for the file to finish sending
Open the received file in the appropriate app on iPhone
