Turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on both MacBook and iPhone
Make sure AirDrop is enabled on both devices
On iPhone, open Control Center
Press and hold the network settings card
Tap AirDrop
Choose Contacts Only or Everyone for 10 Minutes
On MacBook, open Finder
Click AirDrop in the sidebar
Set “Allow me to be discovered by” to Contacts Only or Everyone
Open the file you want to send on MacBook
Click the Share button or drag the file to the AirDrop window
Select your iPhone from the AirDrop list
On iPhone, tap Accept
Wait for the file to finish transferring
Open the received file on iPhone in the appropriate app or location
