Open the Mail app
Open an email from the sender you want to block
Tap the sender’s name or email address
Tap Block this Contact
Confirm if prompted
To block from Settings, open Settings
Tap Mail
Tap Blocked Sender Options
Tap Add New
Select the contact or enter the email address
To block a sender in Gmail or Outlook apps, open the app
Open the email from the sender
Tap the menu or sender details
Choose Block sender or similar option
To filter unwanted mail, open Settings
Tap Mail
Tap Blocked Sender Options
Turn on Blocked Sender Options if needed
To stop receiving messages from a contact, open Contacts
Select the contact
Tap Edit
Tap Block this Caller
Confirm if prompted
