Open TikTok and tap your profile icon
Tap the three-line menu (top right)
Tap Settings and privacy
Tap Account
Tap Personal details
Tap Date of birth
Enter your new date of birth
Save/confirm changes
If the option is unavailable, submit a request from Settings and privacy → Report a problem → Account settings or Personal details
