Select Prime
Tap Manage Membership
Choose Cancel Membership
Confirm the cancellation
Follow any additional prompts to complete cancellation
Open Amazon.com in a web browser
Sign in to your Amazon account
Go to Accounts & Lists
Select Your Memberships & Subscriptions
Click Prime
Click Manage Membership
Select Cancel Membership
Confirm cancellation
Check for a confirmation email or on-screen confirmation
If you used a third-party channel (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, or a carrier)
Cancel Prime through that provider’s subscription settings
iPhone/iPad: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Amazon Prime → Cancel
Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Amazon Prime → Cancel
Apple/Google: confirm cancellation in the provider’s subscription page
