Try the Epley maneuver if your vertigo is from positional changes
Try the Brandt-Daroff exercises if recommended for positional vertigo
Use a cane or support if you feel unsteady

Use ginger tea or ginger supplements if tolerated
Practice slow breathing to reduce nausea and anxiety
