Restart the phone and try the OTA update again
Ensure the battery is above 50%
Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network
Disable VPN, proxy, or firewall apps
Free up storage space on the device
Remove and reinsert the SIM card
Clear the cache partition from recovery mode
Check for the latest system update again after reboot
Reset network settings
Back up data and perform a factory reset if the error persists
Use Motorola Rescue and Smart Assistant on a PC to reinstall the firmware
Contact Motorola support if the update still fails
