Open Instagram
Go to your phone’s Settings
Turn on Dark Mode on your device
Reopen Instagram
On iPhone: Settings > Display & Brightness > Dark
On Android: Settings > Display > Dark theme
If Instagram still looks light, update the app
Make sure your system theme is set to Dark
Restart the app if needed
