Combine 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup Dijon mustard in a bowl
Add 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Add 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Add 1 tablespoon water (as needed to thin)
Add 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Add 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Whisk until smooth
Taste and adjust honey (for sweetness) or mustard/vinegar (for tang)
Refrigerate 15–30 minutes before serving
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 5–7 days
