Open the Phone app
Tap Recents
Tap Edit
Tap Clear
Tap Clear All Recents
To delete a single call, swipe left on the call entry
Tap Delete
To delete multiple calls, tap Edit
Tap the red minus icon next to each call
Tap Delete to confirm
If needed, restart the Phone app to refresh the list
