Open the MyJio app
Go to the menu or settings
Select DND or Do Not Disturb
Choose the categories of calls or messages you want to block
Submit the request
Wait for activation confirmation from Jio
You can also activate DND by sending an SMS with START 0 to 1909
Follow the reply instructions to select specific categories if needed
To fully block all promotional calls and messages, choose full DND options during the process
