Press and hold the Power button
Tap Restart or Reboot
If the screen is frozen, press and hold the Power button and Volume Up button together until the phone restarts
If that does not work, press and hold the Power button for about 10 to 20 seconds until the phone turns off and restarts
If prompted, confirm the restart
