Google Pay does not have a separate password
To change access, change the password for the Google Account linked to Google Pay
Open your Google Account settings
Go to Security
Select Password
Enter your current password
Enter your new password
Save the changes
If needed, update your phone screen lock or device passcode separately
If you use biometric authentication, manage it in your device settings
