Go to the HBO Max website or open the HBO Max app
Sign in to your account
Open your profile or account settings
Select Subscription or Billing
Choose Cancel Subscription
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation
If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, or your TV provider, cancel through that service instead
Check your email for a cancellation confirmation
Keep access until the end of your current billing period
