Open your PowerPoint presentation
Select the slide you want to add a border to
Go to the Insert tab
Click Shapes
Choose a rectangle shape
Draw the rectangle around the edge of the slide
Right-click the shape and select Format Shape
Set Fill to No Fill
Set Line to Solid line
Choose the line color
Adjust the line weight
Send the shape to back if needed
Repeat for other slides if desired
