Open the browser you use
Open the browser menu
Go to Settings or History
Find Clear browsing data or Clear cache
Select Cached images and files
Choose the time range
Click Clear data or Delete
Open File Explorer on Windows
Press Windows + R
Type %temp% and press Enter
Select all files in the folder
Delete the selected files
Press Windows + R
Type temp and press Enter
Select all files in the folder
Delete the selected files
Press Windows + R
Type prefetch and press Enter
Select all files in the folder
Delete the selected files
Open Disk Cleanup on Windows
Select the drive you want to clean
Check Temporary files and other cache items
Click OK or Delete Files
Open Finder on Mac
Click Go in the menu bar
Select Go to Folder
Type ~/Library/Caches
Delete the cache files you want to remove
Empty the Recycle Bin or Trash
Restart the laptop
