Open the official pension portal or app used by your pension provider
Log in with your pension account details
Go to the Life Certificate or Jeevan Pramaan section
Select the option to download the life certificate
Enter the required details such as PPO number, Aadhaar number, or registered mobile number
Verify your identity using OTP, biometric, or other required method
Submit the request
Download the life certificate in PDF format
Save or print the downloaded certificate for future use
