Open Telegram on your phone
Go to Settings
Tap Devices
Tap Link Desktop Device or Scan QR Code
Allow camera access if prompted
Open Telegram Web or Telegram Desktop on the device showing the QR code
Display the QR code on that screen
Point your phone camera at the QR code
Wait for Telegram to scan and log in
Confirm the login if prompted
