Open WhatsApp
Go to the Chats tab
Pull down on the chat list to reveal Locked Chats
Tap Locked Chats
Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, or device passcode
Open the locked chat you want to access
If you do not see Locked Chats, check whether chat lock is enabled for any chats
If you forgot the device passcode or biometric access fails, use your device recovery method to regain access
