Use a USB cable to connect the phone to the laptop
Unlock the phone
Select File Transfer or MTP on the phone if prompted
Open File Explorer on the laptop
Access the phone storage from the connected device list
Use Bluetooth on both devices and pair them
Enable Wi-Fi hotspot on the phone and connect the laptop to it
Use a phone companion app or sync software if needed
Enable screen mirroring or casting if you want to display the phone on the laptop
Turn on USB tethering on the phone if you want to share mobile data with the laptop
