Go to the tax documents or salary documents section
Select the relevant financial year
Download Form 16 in PDF format
If your employer uses a third-party payroll system, log in there and download it from the tax forms section
Check your email for Form 16 if your employer sends it directly
If it is not available online, contact your HR or payroll department and request it
If you are a salaried employee, ask your employer to upload or share Form 16 digitally
If needed, download the form from the income tax portal only if your employer has made it available there
