Visit the Income Tax e-Filing portal
Log in using your PAN/Aadhaar and password
Go to the e-File or View Returns section
Select the relevant assessment year
Open the filed ITR acknowledgement or return
Click the download option for the ITR-V or return copy
Save the file to your device
Enter the OTP or verification details if prompted
Use the download history or submitted returns section if the file is not visible
Contact the e-Filing helpdesk if the download option is unavailable
