Open Snapchat and go to Settings
Tap Support
Tap I Need Help
Search for Snapstreak
Open the Snapstreak support article
Tap Let us know or Contact Us
Fill out the Snapstreak restoration form
Include your username and your friend’s username
Enter the date the streak ended
Submit the request as soon as possible
Make sure both you and your friend sent snaps within the required time window
Check for any app updates and install them
Restart Snapchat and try again
If the streak was lost due to a Snapchat issue, wait for support to respond
Keep snapping daily to avoid losing future streaks
