Clear all pending loan dues, challans, and traffic fines
Collect the bike registration certificate, insurance, pollution certificate, and ID proof
Visit the Regional Transport Office where the bike is registered
Fill out the NOC application form
Submit the required documents with the application form
Pay the applicable NOC fee
Get the bike inspected if the RTO asks for it
Receive the NOC after verification and approval
Collect the NOC from the RTO or download it if the process is online in your state
