Press Windows + X and select Device Manager
Expand Bluetooth
Right-click your Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver
Select Search automatically for drivers
Wait for Windows to install the driver
Restart your computer
If Bluetooth is missing, expand Other devices or Network adapters
Right-click the unknown device and select Update driver
Select Browse my computer for drivers
Choose Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
Select the Bluetooth driver and click Next
Download the correct Bluetooth driver from your PC or motherboard manufacturer’s website
Run the downloaded installer and follow the on-screen steps
Restart your computer after installation
Open Settings
Go to Devices
Select Bluetooth & other devices
Turn Bluetooth on
If needed, run Windows Update and install all available updates
