Tap the file or media
Wait for it to open or start downloading
Tap the download icon if it appears
On mobile, the file is usually saved automatically to your device or Telegram folder
On desktop, choose a save location if prompted
Check your Downloads folder or gallery to find the saved file
If the file does not download, check your internet connection and storage space
