Enter your email address, if available
Fill in your complete address, including house number, street, locality, city, district, state, and PIN code
Mark the fields you want to update, such as name, address, date of birth, gender, mobile number, email, or biometrics
Enter the correct updated details in the relevant sections
Attach supporting documents for the changes you are requesting
Sign or provide your thumb impression in the declaration section
Write the date and place, if required
Submit the form along with the supporting documents at the Aadhaar centre
Keep the acknowledgment slip or URN for tracking the update status
