Press and hold the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and back on
Unplug the TV from the power outlet
Wait 30 seconds
Plug the TV back in
Turn the TV on using the remote or the TV power button
If the TV is frozen, press and hold the TV’s physical Power button for about 10 seconds
If needed, go to Settings
Select General
Select Reset
Enter your PIN if prompted
Confirm the restart or reset option available on your model
