Press the Home button on the remote
Go to Settings
Select Support
Select Device Care
Select Manage Storage
Select the app you want to reset
Select View Details
Select Reinstall or Delete
If needed, delete the app
Reinstall the app from Apps
Restart the TV
Sign back in to the app if required
