Open the Notes app
Create or open a note
Tap the camera icon
Tap Scan Documents
Position the document in the frame
Tap the shutter button to capture
Tap Keep Scan to add more pages
Tap Save when finished
Save the scanned document to your note
Open the Files app
Tap Browse
Tap the More (three dots) icon
Tap Scan Documents
Position the document in the frame
Tap the shutter button to capture
Adjust corners if prompted
Tap Save
Choose a location and save
