Log in to Meta Business Suite
Select your Instagram account
Click Create post
Add your content and caption
Choose Schedule
Set the date and time
Confirm the schedule
Use a third-party scheduling tool
Connect your Instagram account to the tool
Create your post in the tool
Add caption, media, and hashtags
Select the date and time
Save or schedule the post
Make sure your Instagram account is a professional account
Check that your account is connected to Facebook if required by the tool
Verify the post format is supported
Review scheduled posts before publishing
Edit or reschedule posts from the scheduling tool if needed
